Recent Home Sales!

The Spring selling season was very active and the summer is proving to be similar.  Good news for buyers is that we are seeing more homes coming onto the market - so more to choose from.  Still a great market for sellers as well. 

The July 2017 National Housing Report indicates the U.S. housing market is on pace for another record year!

About every other year, I go out berry picking to get blackberries, raspberries and marionberries to make jam.  Since I still have jam from my efforts last year, I'll need to figure out more ways to use these yummy berries this season!
